• Healthcare providers will learn what to expect in a software vendor, and what role their own healthcare staff will play in their critical EMR project

This seminar encourages active "real life" interaction between IT and medical staff in breakout groups where students make presentations to the class for review and critique. In this way, attendees actually use - not just hear - the terminology and concepts presented.

The amount of QA information and resources available is too large and dynamic to be published in the course books, so this website is provided for that purpose.
